Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date you received your purchase. 

Returns must be received in their original condition and preferably returned in the original packaging. 

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Gifts, gift certificate purchases, or items purchased with a store credit will be issued as a store credit.

Return shipping is not covered by Anseras Design. Exchanges or requests for store credit will receive a prepaid return shipping label.

Please note that shipping and package protection insurance are non-refundable. 

Additionally, Anseras Design reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the stated return conditions.

Holiday Extension: All purchases made on or after November 15 will be eligible for exchange through January 5. Our standard 14-day refund policy remains the same.
